Summer 2021 Is On The Way

Volume 36 No. 2 has begun showing up im mailboxes. Most people should have their copy by November 1. Issue editor Peter Kilduff has put together a bang-up issue for your enjoyment (I read mine straight through, and that never happens).

In Gabriele D'Annunzio - Warrior Poet of the The Air  Issue editor Peter Kilduff presents the fascinating war-time story of this well-known Italian Poet.

Sebastian Rosenboom weaves the tale of 10 victory Eastern Front ace Dietrich "Derk" Averes in World War 1; Rare Insight into Jasta "Ober Ost".

Edited by Peter Kilduff, Reminisces of a Bomber Observer - East and West,  the wartime remembrances of Oskar Kuppinger, provide a unique glimpse into the airwar on two fronts.

German Air War Scenes #2 - Continuing from Part 1 which appeared in the Spring 2019 issue of Over the Front, Peter Kilduff presents a handful of photographic vignettes.

With The Modelling Corner, Lance Krieg continues his informative column for the scale modelling community.

  • An Over the Front Table of Contents

As President Dan Polglaze said in Between the Lines in Volume 35 No. 3, we (mostly he) have been delving through our back issues to create the first-ever complete Table of Contents for every issue of OTF published to date. In it you'll find titles, authors, volume, issue and page references, and major topics for each article. It's all in the form of an Excel spreadsheet so you can download your own copy and sort, search and modify it as much as you want. Can't wait to get started? Download a...
