The commemoration of the World War I Centennial continues with a new exhibition. The Spoils of War: Relics from the Front, opening Feb. 8 2018, will feature artifacts gathered by the US Army just after the war and sent to Springfield Armory’s museum for preservation. See battlefield pickups, captured firearms, and other interesting relics from all sides of the Great War.

The annual Show of Shows (SOS) is the largest military show in the US with 2200 tables of military relics and collectibles covering all wars and all nations. The show is put on by the Ohio Valley Military Society, (OVMS), the oldest and largest non-profit educational organization of military memorabilia collectors.
World War I: Turning the Tide
With this stamp, the Postal Service pays tribute to the sacrifice of American soldiers and millions of supporters on the home front who experienced World War I.
